More Dispatch Details:

Shipments will be dispatch from the courier company within 4-10 business days. We use registered mail services like DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, China post etc. We reserve the right to chose the best courier company to deliver the product as soon as possible.

All of our items are delivered via express or standard shipping. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 – 7 full business days after dispatch.

Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

In case you are not available at the arrival time, please do notify someone to pick it up and sign the order for you. Or you can contact the courier service to reschedule the shipment.

No Package Received:

If any means, the order fails to arrive at the location. The full amount will be refunded to you or a replacement shipment will be sent as soon as possible.
